Great location and close to all attractions. Len and Natalia are very friendly and supportive, i recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Sedona. Wonderful place and great view!

An absolutely excellent place! You can tell the hosts are trying to provide a great experience, from the plentiful necessities (spices and such), to the small things like good TP and paper towels. It's those small things that make such a difference! The golf course is absolutely spectacular as well. All around one of the most comfortable stays I've had.

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked we loved the furniture when we contacted our host they responded back within minutes we felt right at home

This was such a great location to have a nice get away from Phoenix, loved the atmosphere so relaxing, our host was very friendly and responsive to our questions. We loved the place it was perfect the host thought of everything that provided a welcoming stay in their home.

I stayed at Len and Natalie's place during my trip in Sedona.
I just want to say that the house was AMAZING beyond expectation. Len and Natalie were easy to reach whenever needed and they were super helpful. House was fully equipped from comfortable bedding to variety of condiments for cooking. My kid loved that the house even had board games to keep herself busy. Surroundings are tranquil with beautiful golf course view and inside house is super clean and comfy. Adjacent to most of tourist spots yet not crowded.
And thd property has plenty of leisure facilities.
There is swimming pool including hot pool in the common area which definitely was a plus. There is also tennis court and Len and Natalie even have tennis rackets and pickle ball rackets prepared in the house! I couldn't play tennis due to my finger injury so ended up playing foot golf instead. This was a blast and my family had so much fun.
I highly recommend the place and would love to be back in the future!
