Good to know

Beautiful open concept 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Every room has ceiling fans. Bedrooms have door locks. There is a dedicated work space in one of the guest bedrooms along with an HP printer, also a sofa table with barstools in the front room that doubles as a work space. **Please Note: The Pool has NO heater and winter months while it is sunny & warm the pool temps will drop drastically and that my friend is BRRR, think polar plunge, Nov-March. ***Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the Garage and 1 Owners Closet in 2nd Bedroom.

House Rules

ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN ALLOWED BY THE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. No Running or Jumping into or around the pool. The concrete and your head are not good bedfellows. Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be a "Good Neighbor" and be respectful of the community. Thank you so much!

Neighborhood

The home is in a great family neighborhood, with sidewalks and parks are all within walking distance. People get outdoors and ride their bikes and walk the dogs. Starbucks is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. That 3 minute drive will also get you to the grocery store, dry cleaner, drug store and even Urgent care is just around the corner should one of your loved ones take ill. Close to golfing, spring training, movies, the outlet mall, casino's, and every kind of dining imaginable.

Guest will have the entire home to themselves with the exception of the garage which remains locked and inaccessible as well as & 1 owners closet.

My stay here was amazing! The house was so homey I didn’t want to leave. Len and Natalia response time was super quick less than 10 minutes. They checked in to make sure we were okay and asked if we had any questions. They have clear instructions for the questions I had. Everything was super clean and the beds were so comfy. Everything at this AirBNB was great - check in was simple and clear, the space was so clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need to cook a meal. The pool was well taken care of and ready for having fun. The location is great with quick access to restaurants and stores and is a very short trip from the freeway. The hosts communicate quickly and are so helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious home! The house was spotless, very clean, and exactly as described-comfortable and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with all of the necessities, and the bathrooms were fully stocked, which made our stay even more convenient. The pool was definitely a highlight, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the space. The location was also a huge plus-convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we needed, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and relaxing. The hosts were also fantastic-very responsive, quick to communicate, and provided great recommendations that made our trip even better. Overall, it was the perfect place for our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Len and Natalia’s professionalism, clear communication, transparency and consistent check in on myself and my groups time for a wedding trip made it very relaxing and easy going. Their place is simply amazing with an awesome set up in each room, the pool is perfect, and the kitchen was awesome to be able to use. I would highly recommend this place for anyone! We had a group of 6 that stayed here comfortably!

House is very nice and clean!! Didn’t get to swim but the pool was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Owners were very responsive and helpful!! Definitely will be staying there again !!
