Good to know

Beautiful open concept 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Every room has ceiling fans. Bedrooms have door locks. There is a dedicated work space in one of the guest bedrooms along with an HP printer, also a sofa table with barstools in the front room that doubles as a work space. **Please Note: The Pool has NO heater and winter months while it is sunny & warm the pool temps will drop drastically and that my friend is BRRR, think polar plunge, Nov-March. ***Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the Garage and 1 Owners Closet in 2nd Bedroom.

Neighborhood

The home is in a great family neighborhood, with sidewalks and parks are all within walking distance. People get outdoors and ride their bikes and walk the dogs. Starbucks is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. That 3 minute drive will also get you to the grocery store, dry cleaner, drug store and even Urgent care is just around the corner should one of your loved ones take ill. Close to golfing, spring training, movies, the outlet mall, casino's, and every kind of dining imaginable.

Guest will have the entire home to themselves with the exception of the garage which remains locked and inaccessible as well as & 1 owners closet.

Len and Natalia’s professionalism, clear communication, transparency and consistent check in on myself and my groups time for a wedding trip made it very relaxing and easy going. Their place is simply amazing with an awesome set up in each room, the pool is perfect, and the kitchen was awesome to be able to use. I would highly recommend this place for anyone! We had a group of 6 that stayed here comfortably!

House is very nice and clean!! Didn’t get to swim but the pool was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Owners were very responsive and helpful!! Definitely will be staying there again !!

Beautiful home, walking distance to grocery store. Close to good restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Host is very easy to contact and helpful if needed. Would definitely rent in the future.

You get what you pay for. In this case, great location, comfortable beds and couch, beautiful pool to look at. I really would have loved to swim but will have to come back when it's warmer. Very quiet neighborhood and close to almost everything. We used the kitchen a lot and I always had what I needed. Even used the slow cooker a few times. Will contemplate returning next year for a longer stay so I can use the pool

Debbie was the perfect host for my party. We were in town for Christmas and it was real close to anything you would need to goto. Also Phoenix proper was very easy to get to as well as the airport
