We’ve put a lot of effort into making this house into a lovely and comfortable space for our guests. Please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home. Please don’t rearrange the furniture or eat in the bedrooms. We also ask that you please remove your shoes before walking on the carpet. Thank you. ID REQUIRED: We may request that you provide us a copy of your valid driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID prior to check-in. QUIET TIME: Our neighborhood is important to us and most residents live here full time. Please respect the community and avoid playing music or making loud noise outdoors after 10pm and before 7am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. NO PARTIES: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you’re found to have had a party without our permission, you’ll be charged an extra $500 cleaning fee in addition to the cost to repair any damage incurred. In the unfortunate event that neighborhood disruption occurs, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. PARKING: All vehicles parked overnight MUST be in the driveway. A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked on the property. Any overnight street parking could result in a fee of $100 per vehicle per night. Our HOA prohibits overnight street parking throughout our neighborhood and may assess fines or tow the vehicle at its owner’s/renter’s expense. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing an oversize vehicle, such as a moving truck or RV. If it’s too big to fit safely on the driveway, it must be parked overnight outside the neighborhood, and we can give you some ideas of places in the area to park it. NO SMOKING INDOORS: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the house or garage. If you’re found to have smoked in the house, you’ll be charged a $600 deodorization fee. PETS: NO Pets are allowed on the property due to owners allergies. If it is found that pets were brought into the house, you’ll be charged for any damage caused by your pet and a $350 cleaning fee. POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated year-round for a charge of $50/night. If desired, please request heating prior to check-in so we can have it ready for your arrival. We'll provide instructions for the heating and filtering equipment that must be followed during your stay to keep the water warm and clean. We recommend heating the pool to 80°F. Generally speaking, the pool is already warm enough and doesn't need heating between April and October.
